My Diversity Declaration Form via the Employee Self Service

As part of the 10.0.28 release a new feature has been added to allow Employees to submit their diversity declaration via the Employee self service.

This allows them to submit information about their diversity such as:

• National identity
• Ethnic group
• Religion or belief
• Sexual orientation

To manage the following data there has been additional configuration tables added to the Setup within Human Resources for the Human Resources team to add the values to manage these fields. These are extensions to what Microsoft provide as part of the D365 HR, evergreen have extended this and are going to extend this further in a future release.
