USER SPECIFIC PERSONALIZATION
A new personalization options provided to allow the user to personalize hub useful links, hub actions, yammer and hub tab sorting based on their regular usage. User can add or delete their own useful links, useful actions, yammer feed and hub tab soring order.
PARAMETER
A new parameter “User personalization” has been introduced in Hub definitions to enable or disable “Personalization” features under hub workspace.
Go to Matter management and accounting > Setup > Hub > Hub definitions
Hub useful links personalization
A new parameter “Allow user to modify” has been introduced in the Hub useful links which will enable or disable the user to retain or remove the useful links provided the admin.
Go to Matter management and accounting > Setup > Hub > Hub useful links
User can create their own useful links under Hub Workspace provided the hub definition is enabled with User personalization.
Go to Workspace > Hub > Personalization > Hub useful links
| Fields | Description |
| User specific | Identification whether this is user created of admin created. |
| Is visible | User can choose which useful link should be visible |
| Owner | Specifies who created the useful link |

Note – The records allowed for deletion are the ones created by the user as part of personalization. |
Hub useful actions personalization
A new parameter “Allow user to modify” has been introduced in the Hub useful actions which will enable or disable the user to retain or remove the useful actions provided the admin.
Go to Matter management and accounting > Setup > Hub > Hub useful actions
User can create their own useful actions under Hub Workspace provided the hub definition is enabled with User personalization.
Go to Workspace > Hub > Personalization > Hub actions

Yammer personalization
Yammer personalization allows the user to override the feed id defined by admin, user can specify the feed id by using personalization options at hub.
Go to: Workspace > Hub > Personalization > Yammer

| Network | Value will be defaulted from the hub parameters |
| Feed Id | User can specify the feed id which will override the feed id defined at the parameter level. |
Hub tab sorting
Hub tab sorting allows the user to sort the tabs as per their requirement at hub. User can review the tab sorting defined by the admin and sort the tabs accordingly.
Go to Workspace > Hub > Personalization > Hub tab sorting

| Reset | Will reset to the original tab order specified by admin. |
| Parameter tab sorting | User can view the tab sorting defined by admin. |
