Execute the «SMART Migration Jobs» defined in Teams

The library “Model” contains the content-type “SMART Migration Job” (inherited from Folder).
This special folder is where Discovery, PreMigration, Migration and Validation actions are defined.

Jobs are picked up for processing under the following conditions:

  • [Job Status] = Ready or Approved
  • [Job Scheduled Date] < Current Timestamp (Note that you must ensure that the time zone of your Teams site collections match the timezone of the computer running the SMART Migration Engine.
  • Capacity available in SMART Migration Engine
