Import Jobs -

Import any type of jobs from a CSV file.

Simply create a CSV file with the column names of your choice and upload the file to the job.
(the job itself is a folder)

To use a column from the CSV in job properties, simply type the column name in square brackets.
Like this: [MyColumn]. You may combine the column with constant values.
You can reference only one column from the CSV in each property field.

*For example: https://MyTenant.sharepoint.com/sites/[MyColumn]/Documents
In this example, [MyColumn] represents the site name.

By default, the first 10,000 rows are imported. However, using Advanced mode, you can specify a row range to import.

*The delimiter in the CSV can be Comma (,), Semicolon (;), |, or TAB.

All job properties that allow you to enter a column name are supported for import. All other properties are copied from the “Import Jobs” job to all imported jobs.

!For Import Jobs to function, the below PowerShell requirements must be met on the machine running the SMART Migration Server:
- PowerShell 7 and PnP.PowerShell must be installed: Installation instructions
- Execution policy Typically: Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
- The Excel module must be installed: Install-Module -Name ImportExcel YouTube
