This chapter describes the various menus related to the Calendar and Tasks.

From where to create an appointment/task

There are various starting points to create an appointment / task.

  1. Via the +New button in the top bar, click on new appointment or new task
  2. In the calendar, click on the + icon in block view or press the +New appointment button in the top right
  3. On most entities, such as projects, relations, documents, emails etc, you can add an appointment or task from the cards or from the Actions menu in the top right ➤ then click on “Create appointment” or “Create task” – Our recommendation

You can check calendar activation when creating the user account. You can also activate it via Company settings > calendar > employees in the calendar

Activate the calendar widget

You can choose to activate the calendar widget to view your appointments immediately after logging in. You do this by clicking the grey plus at the top right in the dashboard and then choosing calendar.
