5.2 Searching in your calendar

It is possible to perform a search in your calendar. To do this, go to: Calendar / Tasks ➤ Calendar ➤ press the magnifying glass icon ➤ a search screen will open in a new BaseNet tab that you can search or filter

You can also print an overview of your agenda here. To do this, click on search, check the appointments you want to print, and select “Agenda overview” at the ‘printer icon’ to print an overview of your agenda.

Unseen agenda items are shown by default in the home screen (dashboard) of BaseNet. It is also possible to search for unseen agenda items via the “search agenda” option.

*A frequently used function of BaseNet is to print out all dates of absence for selected employees for a selected period at once. To do this, follow the steps at the top to open the search screen ➤ press on Filters ➤ select the desired employees and the period ➤ click Apply ➤ press on Select all ➤ Export ➤ press on report ‘Dates of absence per employee’.
