Your BaseNet instance will probably have more or different settings.
Email display: In this menu you can adjust the display of the e-mail box within BaseNet.
E-mail notifications: Here you can adjust the notifications/alerts.
Grant full access to your e-mail environment: With this menu you can grant colleagues access to your e-mail box, for example to have e-mails sent in your name.
Other email settings: In this menu you will find various options that we have explained below.
Always send a BCC to: Here you can enter an e-mail address. The system will then send a blind copy of every e-mail sent to the e-mail address you specified.
Standard e-mail template: Here you can select a standard e-mail template and also check whether the system should fill it in automatically after opening a new e-mail. However, the latter is not recommended if you use merge fields. These cannot be linked directly.
- Automatically insert: With this checkbox you can have your standard template automatically inserted.
Project link; Standard, mandatory or warning: Here you can indicate whether you want the system to automatically create a link for new or received e-mails.
- Standard – The link is always created.
- Mandatory – A link is mandatory for further actions.
- Warning – You will receive a warning if the message is not linked correctly.
Never send a receipt confirmation: Here you can completely disable the receipt confirmation.
