Your BaseNet instance will likely have more or different settings.

History tab settings*: After opening a relationship card or a project, you can use the “history” tab to see the latest items that have taken place on the relationship or project. This setting allows you to determine what and how much you want to see.

New companies from external sources: You can manage the settings for external relationships here, for example from which source (Chamber of Commerce or KBO) external relationships should be retrieved.

Relation characteristics: You can use characteristics to indicate your relations or projects. Characteristics can be used for selections and mailings or to find groups of relations and/or projects. These can be created and/or managed in this menu.

Project characteristics: In this menu you can manage the characteristics of projects/matters.

Standard tab for external sources: In this menu you can manage the Standard tab that is opened when searching for new relations in external sources.

Project relation types: Within this menu you can manage the different types of relations that you want to link to a project.

Other relation types: Here you can create relationship types. You can use these in the Other relationship section. This tab can be found in the relation cards of companies, contacts and individuals and is intended to create connections between relations.
