4.3 Resend a failed import

When importing relations, the system automatically checks the contents of the file to be imported. Fields that are not entered correctly are rejected. After importing, any incorrect lines are displayed as below:

In this example, an attempt was made to import 76 objects. 75 were imported correctly and 1 went wrong. By clicking on the (red) link, an Excel file will open containing the incorrect object. The first column will state – as far as possible – why this object could not be imported. You can then adjust the template and only offer the incorrect objects again.

To undo an import, click on a line and then on Delete.

!By deleting a previous import, all objects of the selected import disappear from the system. It is not possible to restore an import after deleting! Two weeks after the date of import, previous imports are blocked so that deletion is no longer possible.
