Connection between Flexijet (1st Generation) and computer is achieved via bluetooth connection to the Flexijet device as well as the Disto measurement device. Both must be paired, and then the connection is achieved when the Flexijet Stone software is opened.

First-time setup: Connecting to Flexijet (1st Generation) with Windows 11
1. Pairing to Flexijet (1st Gen) and Disto
- Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on on your computer.
- Power on Flexijet and the Disto are both powered on, and then scroll back up and click on ‘Add device’
- Select Flexijet from the list of available devices, and connect to it. The passcode for Flexijet is 1234
- Once the passcode has been accepted, the connection between the device and the computer is established.
- Check which COM ports Windows has assigned to the devices. To do this, click with the right mouse button on Flexijet and select Properties.
Note the COM port for the Flexijet, listed under ‘Services’.
- Repeat these steps for the laser distance measurement device (Disto), noting the COM port number.
- When these steps are completed, you have successfully completed the Bluetooth setup, and can begin to use Flexijet.
2. Connecting Flexijet Stone to Flexijet (1st Gen)
- The COM port must be entered in the General Preferences when starting Flexijet Stone for the first time.
The Flexijet mode must be set to Flexijet 3D
The Comport for the Flexijet and Disto must match the COM number from Control Panel
