The scope of work that must be completed in order to fulfill contractual obligations must be clearly and completely defined. Beyond that explicitly described the scope will be interpreted to include work that is plainly and obviously necessary for a complete installation. Strained interpretations that attempt to add work that is not specifically shown must be subjected to the most intense scrutiny. Consider the entire discussion of Section 3.2.
