Company and Project Administration as applied in this section of the Operations Manual refers to the internal control system and housekeeping of the entire organization. It establishes the basic procedures for use of the Operations Manual, staff organization, the basic arrangement of various files and facilities, and overall logistics of communications.
The overriding objectives of this section are to establish, implement, and maintain coordinated systems for information and document management and control. Each administrative component is intended to operate as an efficient, stand-alone system and is designed to be carefully coordinated with all other administrative components. Files, records, and documentation are not only to be stored, but also are to be arranged in a manner that will facilitate retrieval and use. When these administrative systems are implemented, we will have a place to put the things developed in the other sections of the Operations Manual.
