By developing a series of Field Inspection Reports similar to those in Sections 1.7.14 through 1.7.18, the CQCP Manager can provide the Project Manager and Project Superintendent with simple checklists that serve several purposes, including:
Providing a record of periodic inspections highlighting acceptable work and items requiring corrective action
Affirming that quality is a concern
Alerting subcontractors that periodic inspections of their work will be an ongoing activity, thereby instilling the Quality concept in their crews
