The way in which we all organize and execute our work; the cooperative, optimistic attitude displayed in our approaches to problem resolution; and our effectiveness in keeping our objectives targeted at client satisfaction while preserving the other project objectives will stand like a neon sign confirming our professionalism. These elements must be second nature, primary considerations in the performance of every task, every debate with Owner representatives and design professionals, and the final position in the resolution of every conflict.
The successful project, satisfied client, and relationships maintained with design professionals are our best advertisements—our best sales efforts.
As our projects are completed in this manner, the primary roles of our “official” business development effort will be the demonstration that our project personnel are the company’s greatest advantage that any new client can secure.
