This section continues the principles of Section 3.2, applying the additional ideas directly to construction contracts. The descriptions are again in short outline form to describe the principles in the most direct manner, and have been selected for inclusion here because of their common application. Unique to our industry, these contract rights and requirements are very consistent throughout the majority of contemporary construction contracts. Discussions are direct so they can be immediately understood and applied; discussions of theoretical reasonings are again kept to a minimum.
