The Project Administrative Activity List is to be used by all hourly and salaried personnel for their time reporting as described in Sections 2.6 and 2.7 of the Manual. If new categories become necessary to accurately describe all activities, secure new numbers and activity descriptions from the project engineer who will secure the information in accordance with the requirements of Section 4 of the Manual.
Because actual and potential changes are treated as separate projects, there is no need to make the distinction within the individual activity descriptions.
