3.1 Performance Reviews

In previous releases of Pulse, users were able to create performance goals via the Employee page. This release introduces Performance Reviews to expand employee performance-related functionality. The functionality is user-focused, allowing individuals to manage and update their own performance information — not intended for manager views.

3.1.1 View Performance Reviews

Within the Performance Review tab in Pulse Employee, users can now view their performance reviews. Each review includes a delete option.

3.1.2 Add Review from Template

At the bottom of the Performance Review tab, the Add Review from Template button opens a dialog showing available performance review templates defined by HR administrators in Evergreen. After selecting a template and entering the performance period and dates, a new review is created and listed in the table.

3.1.3 View Performance Review

Clicking a performance review opens the full review page, which includes multiple subtabs where users can enter information:

  • Review
  • Measurements
  • Activities
  • Ratings
  • Sign Offs
  • Attachments
  • General

Performance review statuses must be updated manually from the General tab. Submission to a workflow is not available from Pulse in this release.

3.2 Attachments View on Timeline

Users can log achievements or send feedback on their Pulse Employee timeline. While attachments could be included in feedback previously, they were not visible on the timeline.

This release introduces a More Info link on each timeline entry. Clicking it opens a dialog where users can view any associated attachments.

3.3 Sort and Filter Options on Goal and Performance Review from Template Forms

To improve usability when selecting performance review templates, this release adds column sorting and filtering to the dialog used for creating reviews from templates. These enhancements make it easier to locate the required template.
