3.2.7 Notes

The Notes navigation option opens a view displaying the current user’s list of Quick Notes in a card layout.

Quick Notes are used to quickly capture short notes or time records, which can later be converted into time entries. Each Quick Note card displays key details such as:

• Hours recorded
• Comment or description

Quick Note Actions

At the bottom of each Quick Note card, the following action icons are available:

• Bin Icon: Delete the quick note
• Tick Icon: Move the quick note to the timesheet

Search Functionality

At the top of the page is a free text search box, allowing users to filter and search through their list of Quick Notes.
