Overview

In this version of empower onboard, there is the ability to integrate with evergreen sales. This allows leads that are created in evergreen sales to be qualified as an opportunity. During the qualification process an onboard request is automatically created in empower onboard using the data that has been entered in the lead/opportunity in evergreen sales.

A tab is also enabled in evergreen sales which allows a user in evergreen sales to track the progress of the onboard request. The sales process and the onboard process can progress in parallel, the matter is not amended to be open until both the evergreen sales opportunity has been closed as won and the empower onboard request has been completed as approved.
