3.4 Feedback Received Notification

Previously, when a user sent feedback to another user through the Employee section in pulse, the recipient did not receive any notification.

With this release, the user receiving the feedback will now receive a notification via Empower copilot previously known as empower assistant, ensuring they are informed when feedback has been submitted to them.
