Personal Details
The second tab on the default employee configuration is the Personal details tab. Selecting this tab displays a number of sub-tabs of different personal details.
Addresses
The first tab in the default configuration is the Addresses tab. This displays the current user’s addresses that have been entered into evergreen. The user can create additional addresses by clicking on the create address button. On the create address form, the following fields are marked as mandatory:
- Name/description
- Purpose
- Country
A number of the drop-down fields on the form are dependent on selecting an earlier value. For example, the Country will change the values in the state drop-down. For the city and postcode fields, a value can be selected from the drop-down, or if a value is entered into the text field, this will take priority over the value selected in the drop-down.
The grid also provides edit and delete options for each row. A confirmation that you would like to delete is displayed on clicking the delete option.
Contact Details
The next tab in the default configuration is the contact details tab. This displays the current users contact details that have been entered into evergreen. The user can create additional contact details by clicking on the create contact button. On the Create contact form the following fields are marked as mandatory:
• Purpose
The grid also provides edit and delete options for each row. A confirmation that you would like to delete is displayed on clicking the delete option.
Personal Contacts
The next tab in the default configuration is the personal contacts tab. This displays the current users personal contacts that have been entered into evergreen. The user can create additional personal contacts by clicking on the create personal contact button. On the create personal contact form the following fields are marked as mandatory:
• Person/Organisation
• First name and Last Name or Organisation name
• Relationship
The grid also provides edit and delete options for each row. A confirmation that you would like to delete is displayed on clicking the delete option.
When editing a personal contact, the personal contact cannot be changed between person or organisation.
Identification numbers
The next tab in the default configuration is the identification numbers tab. This displays the current users identification numbers that have been entered into evergreen. The user can create additional identification numbers by clicking on the create identification number button. On the Create identification number form the following fields are marked as mandatory:
• Identification type
• Identification number
The grid also provides edit and delete options for each row. A confirmation that you would like to delete is displayed on clicking the delete option.
On editing an identification number the identification type and identification number are part of the unique key to identify the record and therefore cannot be changed.
Diversity declaration
The diversity declaration is a number of fields that are stored in evergreen. The fields that are displayed for a user are configured in evergreen. Each field allows the user to select a value from a defined list of options. Clicking the update button displays a dialog form which allows a user to change the diversity declaration values.
Bank Details
The final tab on the personal details default configuration is the bank details. This displays a read only view of the users bank details in evergreen. These cannot be edited or deleted in pulse.
