3.3.2 Timesheets (Mobile)

The Timesheets view on mobile displays time entries in a hierarchical format: Timesheet → Timesheet Lines. This view allows users to manage their time efficiently while on the go.

Timesheet Filters

Users can toggle between the following timesheet views:

• Current: Displays the current timesheet period
• Previous: Displays the previous timesheet period
• All: Shows all timesheet periods up to the maximum set in user settings

Timesheet Card Actions

Each timesheet card includes the following action buttons:

• Add Line: Opens the Create Time Entry dialog for the selected timesheet
• Submit: Submits the selected timesheet to workflow
• Bin Icon: Deletes the timesheet
• Three Dots Icon: Opens the detailed Timesheet Lines view for that timesheet
