empower copilot is chat functionality in Microsoft Teams which is part of empower pulse.

The other area of new functionality in this release, is the ability for users to use the empower assistant chat functionality to record overtime.
In this process the user will submit an overtime request for the hours they have worked as overtime. This request will then be sent to their line manager for approval. If the request is approved, the final step will be for the requested hours to be updated on the TOIL (or overtime related leave type). This will increase the leave type balance for the user. The user will then be able to request leave for this leave type and take the time off if the leave request is approved.
