Task templates overview

In empower onboard each request can be assigned a task template. Task templates define what tasks need to be completed for the request. Different task template definitions can be created to for the different processes a request needs to go through.

For the initial version of empower onboard, it is a manual setup for the task template definitions. In a future release it is planned to add an admin interface to the template definitions, so that they can be maintained via the web application.

Task templates comprise of a template definition, with one or more related task definitions. Displayed below is an example of a template definition with 8 related task definitions.
