Configure reports by role

The roles and reports to be displayed per role are configured in Portal Azure in this release. The roles are created in the pulse web app application registration. The roles are then linked to users in the associated enterprise application. When a user signs onto pulse they will be associated with the role.
In the empower API function app configuration the RolesPowerBIJson environment variable is used to describe the Json that maps a role created as per above to the Power BI’s group Id and report Id.
