3.3.3 Timers (Mobile)

The Timers view on mobile displays a list of the current user’s timers in a card format. From this page, users can start, stop, and manage timers efficiently while on the move.

Search Functionality

A free text search box is located at the top of the page, allowing users to filter their timers quickly based on keywords or comments.

Timer Card Actions

Each timer card includes the following actions:

• Stop/Start Button: Toggles the state of the timer based on whether it’s currently running. Unpinned timers can only be restarted if created on the same day.
• Move to Timesheet Button: Converts the timer into a time entry and moves it to the user’s timesheet.
• Pin Icon: Pins the timer to keep it in the list even after moving to the timesheet. The timer resets to zero, and optionally the narrative resets too (based on user settings).
• Pen Icon: Opens the edit timer dialog.
• Bin Icon: Deletes the timer from the list.
