Template definition overview

What is a template definition?

The template definition defines the header level information of the template for example the name of the template.

When a user creates a new request in empower onboard there will be a field called task template to allow the user to select which task template to apply to the request.

All the available task templates defined in the application will be displayed. The users will see the name of the template as per defined in each template definition. For example:
