3.3.4 Notes (Mobile)

The Notes view on mobile displays the current user’s Quick Notes in a card layout.

Quick Notes allow users to record a brief note of time, which can later be converted into a full time entry. Each quick note card displays key information including:

• Hours recorded
• Comment or description

Quick Note Card Actions

Each card includes the following actions at the bottom:

• Delete Button: Deletes the quick note
• Move to Timesheet Button: Converts and moves the quick note to the timesheet as a time entry

Search Functionality

At the top of the page is a free text search box, allowing users to filter and locate specific quick notes easily.
