* Mobilization
The start date of hypertransfusions in preparation for mobilization is the date when pRBC increase. If there is no increase in the number or cadence of pRBC transfusions required to achieve or maintain this Hb level, then the start date of hypertransfusion in preparation for mobilization is 30 days prior to the mobilization date
