The following image shows an example of task with the type “callback”.
With a callback request you wish to have someone call back within 4 hours after the task has been created. After 8 hours this person would be too late. For this you click on “New” after which you fill out a description in “Callback”. In “Escalation after” you set “4” under performed hours and “1” under “Ready by”. If you now create a callback request this will appear with a green icon, after 4 hours the task shall escalate and the icon turns orange after which it will subsequently turn read if the task has yet to be completed.
