Invoice Settings

Here you can modify the invoice settings. These settings apply to all new projects which you create from that moment on. Please mind NOT to modify linked items. This has direct consequences when billing your invoices. The Administration chapter of this manual provides additional information on these settings.

Type of open invoices in alert description (Administrator Credentials)

These settings allow you to specify whether open invoices should be displayed as alert descriptions, while using the Administrator Credentials. Contrary to other settings, this setting is not enabled by default.

Displaying open invoices along with contacts (Personal Settings)

This setting is linked to “Open invoice type in alert description (Administrator Credentials)”. Here you can actually change settings per employee appertaining to whether the user in question is allowed to see alert descriptions next to contacts or not.
