Personal settings -> Tasks
The number of default days you wish to search ahead: If you have a large number of tasks, it may come in handy to set a maximum amount of days to search ahead when it comes to tasks. In that case, you will see an overview of tasks until the number of specified days ahead. When searching you can manually make exceptions to this rule.
Create task by default when creating concept: Here you can set whether you wish to create a task right after creating a concept. For example wanting the person you created the concept for to be reminded that they have to look into the concerning concept.
Send Email notifications regarding tasks which should be ready or which I have created: These settings can be used to enable Email notifications as soon as your tasks have been completed.
Displaying warning reminders from the main screen/ dashboard: Enabling this setting will automatically add a “pop up” reminder in the main screen. This “pop up” message can also show calendar events. A “pop up” notification can also set per individual task.
