Company settings

The company settings allow for changes to be made which will take effect company wide, such as creating new user accounts and managing Email addresses.

In the right top corner of the screen click on your name and then move your cursor over “Settings”. The button will then change to two possible options, Personal Settings or Company Settings. If you do not have Administrator Credentials you will only see the Persian Settings appear.

The “Company Settings” option is available by default to every first BaseNet user account within a company, or the user account of the person who signed up for the account on behalf of the company. It is possible to grant Administrator Credentials to gain access to Company Settings, this requires a written request on behalf of the Administrator Credentials holder and sent from the Email address that is registered under that user account. The Email can be sent to servicedesk@basenet.nl.
