Calendar Layout: This menu lets you change the calendar layout, for example, which period the calendar should show by default.

Publicizing Calendar Online: Here you can specify whether you would like to publicly list your calendar online. Choosing this option will create a url which can be used to access your calendar’s feed through third party calendar applications. This is a read-only option, meaning that no events can be created.

Agenda feeds: Linking information to your contacts. Here you can add your contact’s calendar. This information will then be used to create group events. This way the system can check whether there an event has already been created.

Types: This menu offers the option of creating Calendar Types. Each Calendar Type can be given a designated colour. The colour used here appertains to the colour of the calendar event which you have created.

Status: Here you can modify the status of your calendar event. Here you can also set a colour per calendar event.

Employee’s in the Calendar: Here you can set the calendar access per employee. By moving your cursor above multiple employee’s you can remove or- grant access to entire groups.

Employees in the multi calendar.: Here you can specify which employees you wish to see in your multi-calendar compilation feed. This can also be set per user. This applies to the employees which you can select in the multi-calendar.

Selected by default in the multi-calendar: These settings can be used to specify which employees can be selected by default when opening the “multi-calendar”.

Calendar notification: If you wish to have an automatic calendar notification for each calendar event you can specify that in this screen. The time which you have previously set will result in a pop-up. This can also be set per individual calendar event.

*Set up calendar layout” Here you can set the layout of your calendar events. We do stress that this should only be done with sufficient prior knowledge of template codes. No support is offered for this setting.

Default location completion: When creating calendar items through the above settings, a default location can be specified. Here you can opt to have the location of the linked contact in question to be automatically filled in. This setting can also be disabled and in that case the location will not be automatically filled in when linking a contact or project.
