History Settings: After opening a Rolodex card or a project the most recent items appertaining to that project or contact will be listed in the “history” tab. These settings can be used to specify what and how much should be listed.

New Companies From External Sources: Here you can manage settings appertaining to external contacts. For example which source (Chamber of Commerce or Yellow Pages) external contacts will be retrieved from.

Contact Attributes”: Attributes allow for contacts or projects to be specified. Attributes can be used for selections and mailings or for retrieving large numbers of contacts and/ or projects. These can be created and/ or managed from this menu.

Project Attributes: This menu lets you manage attributes appertaining to Projects (Matters).

Default tab for external sources: This menu allows for management of default tabs when searching new contacts from external sources.

Project contact types: This menu allows for management of contact types which you wish to link to a project.

Project relation types: Here contact types can be created. These can be used in the “other contact” tab. This tab can be found in a Rolodex’ contact card under the company, contact as private person or contact as individual and is meant to associations between certain contacts.
