Throughout the BaseNet environment you will repeatedly run into certain components which have been compiled in the actions-menu consisting of BaseNet’s 5 pillars. These pillars of interaction with BaseNet are helpful for quick tasks and easy to access in our cloud-based software, regardless of which component of BaseNet you are using.
The five pillars of BaseNet are:
- The link field for projects
- The link field for contacts
- The ‘+’ button within those link fields
- The three underscores
- Documents and Emails
Linking projects and relations
At first, you will often run into the link fields for ‘projects’ and ‘relations’. In these fields you specify which aspect of your work you wish to link. Even if the relevant project or contact does not yet exist in BaseNet, you can create those from within the same screen by using the ‘+’ button.
By remembering and using the following five pillars of BaseNet, you will be able to swiftly work within the BaseNet environment.
