Email accounts Here you can add Email accounts, and make changes to the settings of Email accounts.
Email layout Here you can make changes to the layout of the inbox of Email addresses in BaseNet.
Email notifications Here you can make changes to notifications/ warnings.
Granting full access to Email environments Through this menu you can grant access to your Email inbox, for example, to allow colleagues to write Emails on your behalf.
Additional Email Settings In this menu, you will find a number of options as listed below.
Always add Bcc to Here you can add an Email address. The system will then add a Bcc to that Email address after each sent Email.
Default Email Template Here you can set a default Email template and also check mark whether the system should automatically fill in the template when composing a new Email or not. The latter is only advisable when using compilation fields as these are not directly linkable.
Default input By enabling this option your default template will be automatically added.
Project linkage; Default, mandatory or warning: Here you can specify whether the system should create a link by default with new or received Emails.
- Default – The link is always created
- Mandatory – A link is necessary for further actions.
- Warning – You will receive a warning in case the message has not been properly linked.
Never send a receipt confirmation: Here you can disable the receipt confirmation option in its entirety.
