System structure

BaseNet is made of extensive ‘Cloud-software’ which runs to structure daily tasks such as email, documents (DMS), billing, calendar, tasks, etc. into digital items. Moreover, the projects (or matters) and the contracts which are linked to previously mentioned tasks are used as a main reference point of the entire information architecture

In BaseNet your contacts (such as clients, counterparties, suppliers, etc.) are a central reference point. Elements of the system such as email, appointments, tasks or clocked hours, as shown in the image below, are linked to relevant contacts, in combination with a relevant project, or matter.
