Telephone Settings: Here you can manage settings appertaining to the BaseNet IP-Phone Applet.

Personal Settings: Here you can specify how you wish to be listed in BaseNet. When saving, your name and initials become attributes in the system.

Default contact when searching: Contact Management has been divided into contacts as private persons, employees, companies and contacts as individuals. Here you can specify which contact type you wish to search for by default.

Text Message Sender: When sending Text Messages, you can specify whether you wish to display your own number or a particular name as the sender. If the latter option is enabled, the addressee would then see a particular name instead of a cellphone number.

Default Search Result Quantity: The System lists 50 search results by default, even when more than 50 search results exist. Limiting the search result listing to 50 fastens the search process, but can also cause certain information to not appear unless more than 50 is set. BaseNet offers a refined search by using filters which in turn this would prevent the necessity of a higher search result count.

Default Access Credential: These settings allow for you to opt between save, while applying certain Access Credentials, including insight for certain employees and excluding insight to other employees.

Linking a contact to a project by default: This screen lets you specify which attributes should be automatically linked to a contact.

Change Password: Here you can change your password.

Contact Layout in Search Screen: This setting allows you to indicate how you wish contacts to appear in the search screen. You could opt for an official name, including title or Name+Surname.

Displaying Template codes: Enabling this setting offers access to template codes per field.
