Create an ordinary folder named `[Recycle Bin]` in the root of the Model Library into winch it is recommended to put files you don’t want migrated instead of the SharePoint Recycle Bin. By putting files you don’t want migrated into any folder outside of your SMART Migration Job will prevent an increment run to “re-discover” the files. If you just delete the files then the next time any Discovery job runs the files are re-created as FileProxies.
Create a new SMART Migration Job named `My SMART Job` in the root of the Model Library
