View your Facility inputs. This is the information you entered in your Assessment under the Administrative & Scoping section of ‘MyCSF’.
- After authenticating through the MyCSF Portal, click on ‘Analytics’ in the top Menu bar.
- Once pressed, choose the option of Dashboards.
- Press the module named ‘Admin’ in the left Nav bar.
- Next, click on ‘Facilites’ on the top portion of the page.
