Follow the instructions below to edit an existing user in your Portal Account:

  1. From the User Management table, click the edit icon adjacent to the user’s name.
  2. From the modal, you will have the option to edit the user’s first name, last name, role, toggle active or inactive, and delete the user.
  3. Lastly, please see instructions in section 3.2.1. Managing Administrative Roles to edit this same user in your MyCSF Account.
