There are many components to completing an assessment. This includes: Answering a Statement, Assigning a Respondent, Related Authoritative Sources, Risk Factors, History Assessment Log, Illustrative Procedures, Adding Documents, and CAP Management.

r2 Assessment:

  1. On your Table of Assessment Domains, choose one that is relevant to your interest.
  2. A list of your Assessment Statements will appear; select one that you would like to answer. Once selected, it will expand and expose the attributes that can be modified.
  3. Use the five maturity inputs on the right half of the page to complete the Assessment Statement.
  4. Provide any wanted commentary in the text area beneath the maturity dropdowns.
  5. Click the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.

i1 Assessment:
