Choosing the Select option from the Import – Pen drive menu and pressing the confirm button , the List of file screen will be displayed, as shown in the image below, which allows the user to browse between flash drive folders and file structure.

Event files exported by the GeoNave system have “.NVG” extension, and will be organized with the following folder configuration in the flash drive.

GeoNave/SERIAL_NUMBER/FIelds/FIELD_NAME/EVENT_NAME.NVG

Where:

  • SERIAL_NUMBERSerial number of the equipment.
  • FIELD_NAME – Folder with the field name in which the event was created.
  • EVENT_NAME.NVG – Name of the exported operation file, which is composed of the event name followed by the extension “.NVG”.

The user can browse the flash drive folders to find the NVG file to import into the internal memory. The following image shows the NVG list of files in the flash drive for a given field.

Selecting one of the NVG files from the list and pressing the load button , the file will be imported into the GeoNave internal memory. While the file is being imported, the Loading screen is displayed, as shown in the image below, containing the number of files to be transferred, counter of files already transferred and the field and event name of the NVG file being transferred.

Once the import ends, the Information screen will indicate that the file has been loaded to the internal memory, as shown in the following image.
