The equipment information menu has the Import Licenses submenu, through which the user can import license file with “AGK” extension via flash drive, introducing new features in the GeoNave system.
Once the Licenses item is selected in the menu, the confirm button is shown as in the following image.
When pressing the button, if the GNSS signal is available, a File List template screen will be displayed listing AGK files, as shown in the image below.
Selecting the “AGK” license file in the list and pressing the information button , the screen displayed next regards license import confirmation, showing license functionalities in the same way as in the View Licenses menu, as shown in the image below.
As in the View Licenses menu, the screen displays the file features. Selecting one of the features, the table at the bottom of the screen is shown, containing license start and end dates and the motor type information, if the license has this parameter.
Pressing confirm button , the license file will be imported and the following Loading screen will be displayed, informing that the license is being saved in the system memory.
If the manufacturer’s license is replaced, all GeoNave system settings will be restored to factory default. The following Loading screen will be displayed, informing of the restoration.
Finally, after the correct license file import, the user will be asked to remove the flash drive, as shown below. When removing flash drive, the GeoNave display will be automatically switched off and the user must perform the switching on procedure as described in Switching ON and OFF.
