8.1.4.1. Flowmeter

Flowmeter is a sensor responsible for measuring fluid flow that is passing through the spraying circuit controlled by the GeoNave system. The read value is used as calculations input to carry out the flow control, through the Regulation Valve which opens or closes the flow to achieve the desired target rate.
The flowmeter is usually defined by the nominal value of its constant, measured in pulses/L, a value that should be used as a starting point for the procedure of Flowmeter calibration in the sprayer system.

The flowmeter constant value can also be manually edited using the Flowmeter Constant parameter, and its configuration screen is shown in the image below.
