7.1.1. GPS data

The GPS data item tells the user which type of GNSS is been used by the GeoNave system. The value options for this information are as follows.

Data from GPS Description
Without GPS source There are no GNSS sources available for the system to operate.
Internal GPS The system is using the GeoNave display GNSS internal receiver.
External GPS The system is using an external GNSS radio receiver, which communicates with the GeoNave display through CAN interface.
Restarting GPS Condition when the GNSS receiver finds no signal for a long time, the system automatically restart.
Emulated GPS When demo modes are enabled.
