9.1.1.4 Process display preference

The “Default Process Display Preference” field enables admins to choose the default process setting for any new process set and per environment.

• By default, the display preference for every new environment will be set to Swimlanes.
• Organizations can choose between Swimlanes and Flowchart as their preferred display.
• User settings will override over the process preference display setting in the environment admin page. This means that if a user chooses to change the process setting to another view in the map options, the process will be displayed accordingly.
