(a) The Champion Lifesaver event provides individual SLSA members the opportunity to demonstrate in a competitive manner the physical, lifesaving and knowledge skills required of a Lifesaver.
Note: Where Manuals or other documents are referenced for the conduct of this event the written word takes precedence over any photographs, videos or diagrams. In addition, when words, photographs or diagrams are ‘silent’ on a process, competitors shall not be penalised for their methodology in completing required actions.
