The conduct of the reconnaissance is the responsibility of the Competition Committee.
The Reconnaissance Group may consist of the Competition Organiser, Event Manager and their Deputy, the Referee, Deputy Referee Safety and Emergency Management Coordinator (SEMC) and the appropriate Area Referee, where possible, who will jointly assess the situation and report to the Competition Committee for decision.
